TIVA Development Kit (TM4C123G)

The Tiva C Series TM4C123G Development Kit is a compact and versatile evaluation platform for the Tiva C Series TM4C123G ARM® Cortex™-M4-based microcontroller (MCU). The development kit design highlights the TM4C123G MCU integrated USB 2.0 On-the-Go/Host/Device interface, CAN, precision analog, sensor hub, and low-power capabilities.

The development kit features a Tiva C Series TM4C123GH6PGE microcontroller in a 144-LQFP package, a color OLED display, USB OTG connector, a microSD card slot, a coin-cell battery for the low-power Hibernate mode, a CAN transceiver, a temperature sensor, a nine-axis sensor for motion tracking, and easy-access through-holes to all of the available device signals.

The TMS320DM355 Digital Video Evaluation Module (DVEVM) enables developers to start immediate evaluation of DaVinci™ DM355 and DM335 processors and begin building digital video applications such as IP security cameras, digital photo frames, digital still cameras, and video doorbells, portable medical and portable digital video products that have yet to be invented.

The BeagleBone LCD3 Cape provides a portable LCD solution with touch screen capability for BeagleBone boards.


  • The 3.5" TFT LCD screen, attached to the topside of the board, can display up to a resolution of 320x240 and is a 4-wire resistive touchscreen.
  • The board is equipped with seven switches located at finger-friendly positions.
  • These switches include power, reset, and five user switches, which are mapped to different GPIO signals.
  • The backside of the cape is where a BeagleBone can be mounted.
